Use the official routes below for Bremer County criminal records. This privately operated reference resource cannot retrieve, correct, or certify a record. The custodian depends on the material requested: the sheriff handles sheriff and jail files, the clerk handles court cases, and Iowa DCI handles statewide criminal-history checks.

This Is Not a Government Office. Bremer County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve criminal records, conduct official checks, change a record, or receive an expungement filing. Those services remain with the government office that holds the record.
